At H2Flow, we are committed to making our website (h2flow-whs.com) accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that water compliance expertise should be accessible to all users, regardless of ability.
What Web Accessibility Means
An accessible website allows visitors with disabilities - including those using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification tools, or other assistive technologies - to browse the site with the same level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors.
We understand that accessibility isn't optional; it's part of our commitment to serving Facilities Management companies, Care Homes, Healthcare facilities, and Property Managers who depend on clear, navigable compliance information.
What We've Done to Make H2Flow Accessible
We are working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We design our content with assistive technologies in mind, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation, and we are still improving parts of the site.
So far, we have:
- Used headings to structure our content, and we are reviewing every page so each one has a clear heading hierarchy
- Started adding descriptive alternative text to our images, so screen reader users understand visual content
- Chosen colour combinations with readability in mind. Some brand-colour buttons do not yet meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1, and we are addressing this
- Labelled our form fields so assistive technologies can identify them
- Supported keyboard navigation, so interactive elements can be reached without a mouse
- Provided clear, jargon-free language aligned with our brand voice (because accessibility includes clarity)
- Designed the site to work on mobile devices, with touch-friendly buttons and links
- Provided multiple contact methods (phone, email, form) so users can reach us in their preferred way
Third-Party Content & Platform Limitations
Our website is built on the Wix platform. While we aim to apply accessibility best practices throughout our content, some platform elements have built-in limitations we want to be transparent about:
Forms
We have labelled our form fields. However, some Wix form features may not fully meet WCAG standards. If you experience difficulty submitting a form, please get in touch with us directly at info@h2flow-whs.com
Embedded Content
If we embed external videos or documents, we aim to ensure they are captioned/accessible. Some third-party tools may have limited accessibility features beyond our control.
Dynamic Navigation & Mobile Menu
Wix's default mobile menu is keyboard accessible but may not perfectly align with all assistive technology expectations. If you have trouble navigating on mobile, please let us know.
We check our site with accessibility tools and are working to improve it within the limits of the platform.
