Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on the 8th of December 2025.
At H2Flow, we are committed to making our website (h2flow-whs.com) accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that water compliance expertise should be accessible to all users, regardless of ability.
What Web Accessibility Means
An accessible website allows visitors with disabilities - including those using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification tools, or other assistive technologies - to browse the site with the same level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors.
We understand that accessibility isn't optional; it's part of our commitment to serving Facilities Management companies, Care Homes, Healthcare facilities, and Property Managers who depend on clear, navigable compliance information.
What We've Done to Make H2Flow Accessible
We have adapted our website in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. Our site's contents have been designed to work with assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
Specifically, we have:
- Defined clear heading structures on all pages to help users navigate content logically
- Added descriptive alternative text to all images, so screen reader users understand visual content
- Ensured colour combinations meet WCAG AA contrast standards (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
- Made all forms clearly labelled so assistive technologies can identify input fields
- Implemented keyboard navigation throughout the site - all interactive elements are accessible without a mouse
- Provided clear, jargon-free language aligned with our brand voice (because accessibility includes clarity)
- Ensured the site is fully responsive on mobile devices with accessible touch targets
- Provided multiple contact methods (phone, email, form) so users can reach us in their preferred way
Third-Party Content & Platform Limitations
Our website is built on the Wix platform. While we have applied accessibility best practices throughout our content, some platform elements have built-in limitations we want to be transparent about:
Forms (Contact, Quote Request, Newsletter Signup)
We've ensured form labels are clearly associated with input fields. However, some Wix form features may not fully meet AAA standards. If you experience difficulty submitting a form, please get in touch with us directly at info@h2flow-whs.com
Embedded Content
If we embed external videos or documents, we aim to ensure they are captioned/accessible. Some third-party tools may have limited accessibility features beyond our control.
Dynamic Navigation & Mobile Menu
Wix's default mobile menu is keyboard accessible but may not perfectly align with all assistive technology expectations. If you have trouble navigating on mobile, please let us know.
We regularly test our site with accessibility tools and are continuously working to improve beyond platform limitations.
What We're Committed To
As a water compliance company, we understand the importance of clear, reliable documentation and transparent communication. We apply that same commitment to accessibility:
- We test our website regularly for accessibility issues
- We respond promptly to accessibility feedback
- We keep our accessibility statement updated as we make improvements
- We ensure that new content added to the site follows accessibility standards
